Delete your AgriClimate account
You can delete your account and your data at any time, in the app or on the website. It's free and takes a minute.
How to delete your account
- Sign in on the website or in the AgriClimate app, with the email address of your account.
- Open Account → My account.
- Under “Delete my account”, type your email address to confirm and choose “Delete my account permanently”.
What is deleted straight away
Your account and sign-in email, your supplier profile, products and photos, your saved items, the people you blocked, your phone notification keys, and the conversations you started as a buyer (if you are a supplier, the conversations with your business too).
What is kept, and for how long
Reports you sent are kept without your name or email, so our safety work isn't undone. Copies in our database provider's backups disappear when those backups expire, usually within 30 days. Records used against abuse are deleted after two days. We only keep data longer if the law requires it.
Can't sign in?
Email jahjooh@gmail.com from the address of your account and write “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
